• Is there a warranty on my repair?  - Yes! RAF's offers a 30 day warranty on all parts and labor.
• Do you charge a fee for the mobile service? - RAF's does charge a fee based on distanced traveled. If you are less than 10 miles away, there is no travel charge!
• What if I want to drop my phone off instead? - RAF's does offer a drop-off option with reduced cost to save you money!
• What if I have a complex job? - Some of our services simply cannot be done mobile at this time - specifically services require soldering or diagnostics. These devices can be picked up and dropped off at whatever location is convenient for you and a time that fits your schedule.
